Matthias Meyer

Matthias Meyer is Assistant Professor at the Chair of Controlling and Telecommunications at the Otto Beisheim School of Management (WHU), Vallendar/Germany. He earned his doctorate from the Ludwig-Maximilian University in Munich/Germany, with a dissertation on Principal Agent Theory and Methodology. He studied business administration, economics, philosophy and philosophy of science. His research interests include computer simulation, management accounting, institutional economics and methodology.

Klaus Hufschlag

Klaus Hufschlag graduated in business administration from the University of Trier/Germany. His major fields of study were public and management accounting, as well as business information systems. He is a doctoral candidate at the WHU\'s Chair of Controlling and Telecommunications (see above). His current research interests include computer simulation in management accounting and information management and investigating the implications of bounded rationality for information theory.
