After getting my BS in Mathematics, I started work on a Ph.D. in physics at Caltech. As my work progressed I found I was more interested in multi-agent systems than physics, so I decided to change academic careers. Currently I'm a Ph.D. student at Texas A&M University studying multi-agent systems under Dr. Ioerger. Although I'm in AI now, I still like to keep a strong physics flavor to whatever I do. Currently in the 4th year of my program - been a big fan of JASSS for a while, and generally very interested in the whole on-line, referreed journal movement.
