Raul Bagni received a degree in physics in 1981, from the University of Rome 'La Sapienza'. He has twenty years experience as an internal and external consultant in ICT design and management. He obtained the Operational Research specialization at ROSD (Graduate School of Operations Research and Decision Strategies, University of Rome 'La Sapienza') in 2000. His main research interests concern simulation and metaheuristic techniques for optimization.

Roberto Berchi has been member of IBM Academy of Technology and responsible for the modeling activities in support of the organization of Rome Jubilee 2000. Actually he is working on three fields: (1) Knowledge management and Simulation: research for the integration of UML, Agent Base Simulation, Systems Dynamics. (2) Help disabled people at the use of computers in order to find a satisfactory job. (3) Diffuse simulation tools: teaching at universities and consulting . Particular interest in tools that can be used directly from decision teams and to application in new (in Italy) fields (epidemics, tourism etc).

Pasquale Cariello holds a degree in computer science at the University of Salerno. He obtained the Operational Research specialization at ROSD (Graduate School of Operations Research and Decision Strategies, University of Rome 'La Sapienza') in 2001. He works in the field of data warehouse and enterprise resource planning. His research interests include computer simulation and data mining.
