Guido Fioretti, born 1964, graduated in Electronic Engineering at Sapienza University, Rome, in 1991. He received a PhD in Economics from the same university in 1995. His research interests combine economics with cognitive sciences in order to model decision-making facing uncertainty. He is particularly interested in connectionist models of individual and organizational decision-making. Guido Fioretti makes use of agent-based models, self-organizing maps, statistical network analysis, evidence theory and q-analysis. He is not interested in equilibrium models.
