Mason Wright

Mason Wright is a researcher and developer of multi-agent computational platforms at Vanderbilt University in the Mind, Matter & Media Lab. A graduate student in Computer Science, he holds an M.Ed. in secondary science education from Vanderbilt, an M.A. in biology from Washington University in St. Louis, and a B.A. from Duke University. After completing his master’s in science education with certification, he taught one year of high school physics before rejoining his current lab full time, as a programmer of multi-agent systems for research in education and computer science. His research interests include visual programming languages, machine learning, and computational economics.

Pratim Sengupta

Dr. Pratim Sengupta is an Assistant Professor and Chair of the Learning Sciences PhD Program at Vanderbilt University, where he directs the Mind, Matter & Media Lab. He develops multi-agent-based programming and modeling toolkits for a wide age group of learners, and is more broadly interested in the use of multi-agent based modeling as a methodology across various domains in the sciences, arts and social sciences.
