Adam Arsenault is a Senior Economist with Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) in Ottawa. Adam received his M. Sc in Agricultural Economics from the University of Saskatchewan and a B. Comm (Hons.) in Economics from Mount Allison University. Currently, Adam is working with AAFC's Canadian Agricultural Dynamic Micro-Simulation Model.

James Nolan is an Associate Professor in the department of Bioresource Policy, Business and Economics at the University of Saskatchewan in Canada. James received a Ph.D in Economics from the University of California, Irvine. He has published across a variety of topics in applied economics, including regulation, transportation and agriculture. He is currently serving as a co-editor of the Canadian Journal of Agricultural Economics.
