Isamu Okada

Received the B. Eng. from Soka University in 1995, and M. Eng., and Ph. D. from the University of Electro-Communications in 1997, and 2000, respectively. Is currently an associate professor of the Faculty of Business Administration, Soka University, Tokyo. A member of Board of Trustees of Japan Association of Social Informatics (JASI) (2008-2011). A member of ESSA, etc.
