Shuguang Suo

Shuguang Suo is currently a Ph.D. student in the College of Information Sciences and Technology at the Pennsylvania State university. His area of research is management information system, with special focus on social impacts of information technology. He earned his master degree in System Science from the School of Information at Renmin University of China. Prior to his Ph.D. training in Penn State, he worked in China Hewlett Packard Co., Ltd as a management consultant for China Mobile Communications Corporation.

Yu Chen

Yu Chen, born in 1944, is a professor of information school in Remin Univ. of China. He was the dean of information school from 1991 to 1999. He was admitted as a committee of WG8.1 in IFIP in 1988 and an official deputy of TC8 in 1999. Currently, he serves as chairman of China Information Economics Society and vice director of Systems Engineering Society of China. From 1978, Chen has been engaged on the research of applications of information technologies in economics and management.
