Yutaka Nakai

Yutaka NAKAI is currently the professor of Faculty Systems Engineering, Shibaura Institute of Technology. He received his Master's Degree of Physics from Tokyo University in 1981, and Doctorial Degree of Sociology from Tokyo Institute of Technology in 2003. Now, Dr. Nakai is an associate member of Science Council of Japan, a board director of the Japan Association for Social Information from, which he received in 2004 the Distinguished Research award, and also a member of Japanese Association for Mathematical Sociology.

Masayoshi Muto

Masayoshi MUTO is currently a research assistant of Department of Value and Decision Science, Tokyo Institute of Technology. He received his Master's Degree of Science from Tokyo Institute of Technology in 2002. Mr. Muto is a member of Japan Sociological Society, Japanese Association for Mathematical Sociology, from which he received in 2006 the Distinguished Research award, and the Operations Research of Japan, from which he received in 2001 the Master thesis award.
